At present, Alexanders is conducting work with an expansionary
enterprise. In the initial days of our partnership, our accountants
offered the client structural solutions in tax planning, asset
protection and flexibility. This was of invaluable benefit to
the firm, as it facilitated the effective operation of the firm
in the critical inception phases.
Our financial planners implemented a suite of personal insurances,
as well as administrating a corporate superannuation fund
for the business. The goodwill associated with these initiatives
is immeasurable, and the staff morale in this firm is overwhelmingly
high.
In the early days of the firm’s operation, our property
team arranged a temporary leasing arrangement for this client.
They were impressed by the rate which was negotiated by our
property specialists - 50% below current market prices. This
ultimately profited our client financially, yet also granted
them the time needed to operate, grow and establish their
business in its infancy.
Essentially, the bond that has developed between our two
businesses is strong, and will continue to develop. Our ability
